Our founder, Ronnie, brings a lifetime of experience in the construction industry, starting from a young age and excelling in Construction Engineering Technology. Mai, our co-founder, has a remarkable journey from immigrating to the United States to earning a degree in accounting and gaining extensive experience in financial analytics. Together, we are committed to operational excellence and transparent communication, driven by a shared vision of building a better tomorrow. Join us on this journey towards construction excellence.

Ronnie Buckaloo

Over 20 years in commercial construction working on a variety of market sectors. Before starting BCC he started the self-perform division for Turner Construction.

Controller

Lourdes Buckaloo

Over 5 years in construction accounting and is responsible for the day-to-day for accounts payable and receivables for BCC.
