At Buckaloo Construction, we are a team of dedicated professionals with a passion for excellence and integrity. Our founder, Ronnie, brings a lifetime of experience in the construction industry, stemming from his time working with this father in the residential trades during his childhood . Mai, our co-founder, has a remarkable journey from immigrating to the United States to earning a degree in accounting and gaining extensive experience in financial analytics. Together, we are committed to operational excellence and transparent communication, driven by a shared vision of building a great company. Join us on this journey towards construction excellence.

Ronnie Buckaloo

Over 20 years in commercial construction working on a variety of market sectors. Before starting BCC he started the self-perform division for Turner Construction.

Office Manager

Lourdes Buckaloo

Over 5 years in construction accounting; manages company's accounts payables and receivables, HR, prequals, and everything in between for BCC

Superintendent

Bo Rodriguez

27 years in commercial construction. Worked for one of the top drywall contractors in Texas for over 20 years and part of building multiple landmark projects in the DFW Market. Bo's positive attitude is always turned on!

Superintendent

Andrew Adams

15 years in construction with experience in both residential and commercial markets. Andrew ran his own residential construction company before joining the team. Andrew is known for his effective communication and resourcefulness.
